Rachel Ernst is an information seeker with a true passion for taking notice of even the smallest details. She developed a love for research and thoughtful attention while studying Sociology at the University of Florida.
After being offered an opportunity to source candidates at a recruiting firm back in 2013, she has explored many aspects of recruiting process along the way. Her love for helping people and problem solving has led her to the Human Resources side of the recruiting industry. She is excited to be an asset on the HR team for both the candidates and her coworkers at JBC.
Rachel is a proud Brooklyn native who now lives in South Florida with her husband and four children.
