Compensation/Salary: 150K -180K + bonus + benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities: Looking for a strong strategic/analytical 360 Marketing Leader to develop a team and expand all channels and has agency and team experience. The ideal candidate is someone leading direct to consumer (responsible for growth/performance marketing, retention, organic social) .It is important to showcase how you have owned marketing responsibility for website business as well as Amazon for a brand or brand group doing a minimum of $20m – preferably more.
- It is helpful if you have beauty experience or worked for a group that catered to beauty and understands how to address all channel demands to achieve year on year growth.
- Managing marketing budget and evaluate the performance of marketing campaign and initiatives to determine best allocation of budget.
- Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
- You’re naturally analytical; you can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling recommendations.
- You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time.
- You love to think big picture and strategize, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand.
Requirements:
- We are seeking candidates with a track record of scaling growth and performance marketing with a minimum of 5 years with an ecommerce brand. They are looking for someone who can scale the brand and capitalize on past experience with digitately first brand.
- Experience efficiently managing at least $1.5mil/month in performance-focused paid media budget.
- You should also be able to share with JBC and our client your expertise in leadership and how many direct reports you have managed as well as your ability to multi-task.
- You have a pro-active attitude and work well in entrepreneurial environment
- Analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing, with experience in rigorous performance data environment and desire to test and learn (significant experience with A/B testing required
- Successfully tested into and launched at scale both upper funnel and lower funnel channels
- Both ‘direct response’ and branded campaign experience, and have driven meaningful results in both.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant web analytics tools
- A strong appreciation of Facebook’s paid advertising platform, paid search, affiliate marketing, native ads, and sponsored content campaigns
- Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model ‘fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)
