Supply Planner

Title: Supply Planner

Company Description: Industry-leading clean beauty brand – color cosmetics and skincare. 

Location: Los Angeles, California 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a 52-week supply plan to meet forecasted demand.
• Manage inventory levels, including safety and surge stock.
• Generate component demand based on supply chain needs.
• Handle excess inventory and support COGS reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and systems.
• Communicate with vendors to adjust purchase orders and resolve shortages.
• Manage product setup, UPC generation, and barcode creation.
• Prepare stock forecasts and lost sales reports.
• Support month-end reviews and ad hoc projects.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of supply planning and experience in color cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Proficient in NetSuite, MRP, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of supply/demand planning and business impact.

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
