Job Title: Supervisor – Luxury Accessories & Leather Goods
Location: Selfridges, London
Salary: £33,000 + commission (approx. £3,000–£6,000 OTE)
 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join a luxury accessories and leather goods brand within its Selfridges concession. This is a key leadership role, focused on driving daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the commercial success of the concession.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Proactively drive daily sales and meet/exceed targets

  • Maximise sales opportunities with product add-ons and client relationship building

  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Customer Experience

  • Deliver discrete, informed, and personalised customer service

  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations

  • Manage complaints effectively, ensuring swift and professional resolution

Team Leadership

  • Support and guide team members to uphold service and presentation standards

  • Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative working environment

  • Deliver induction and ongoing training using company materials

Operations & Stock Management

  • Oversee opening/closing, stock control, and deliveries

  • Support with audits, cycle counts, and VM compliance

  • Ensure adherence to host store and brand procedures

Administration & Communication

  • Complete store administration accurately and efficiently

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and host store colleagues

  • Monitor compliance with health & safety and security standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in accessories or leather goods

  • Strong sales acumen with a customer-first mindset

  • Proven ability to lead small teams and mentor junior staff

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and retail stock control systems

  • Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
