TITLE: Sales Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Store Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve personal and store sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

  • Proactively engage with clients through outreach methods including email, calls, and text

  • Utilize company training tools and sales techniques to meet and exceed key performance indicators

  • Stay informed on fashion trends and product collections to enhance the client experience

  • Maintain store appearance and organization, ensuring both front and back of house are clean and orderly

  • Participate in various store responsibilities to support business operations and leadership development

  • Ensure the sales floor is visually aligned with brand standards

  • Maintain active presence on the sales floor, providing coaching and support to team members

  • Collaborate with team on operational tasks including opening/closing, processing shipments, and store upkeep

  • Independently manage daily responsibilities when working solo coverage

  • Be open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

  • Support and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

  • Prior sales experience is a plus

  • Ability to bend, lift, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds

  • Comfortable with standing and walking throughout shifts, including moving throughout all store areas

  • Occasionally able to climb ladders

  • Familiarity with using phones, point-of-sale systems, and computers

  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
