Salary: $70,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the luxury shopping experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and implement training initiatives.
- Drive store performance by setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster loyalty and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Handle high-profile clients with professionalism and ensure all customers receive personalized, attentive service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to enhance store performance.
- Uphold the store’s reputation as a destination for luxury childrenswear by maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Actively promote brand awareness through community outreach, in-store events, and social media engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or childrenswear.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems (POS, inventory control).
