Salary: $69,000-$75,000 plus Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and web order fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create and manage employee schedules and task assignments.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and KPI reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of leadership experience in retail selling environment at a supervisor position or higher
• Proven experience in retail selling, preferably in boutique settings with a strong track record of positive results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer and team engagement.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including computer applications and basic math.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
• Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to evolving situations and embrace change.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and presenting action plans.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and leading a team by example.
• Experience with KPI management and reporting.
