Salary: $170,000-$200,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and exceed business targets.
- Analyze store performance and implement actionable plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate teams, including merchandising and marketing, to align business goals.
- Identify market opportunities to attract, convert, and retain clients, maintaining the store’s position as a market leader.
- Lead in the planning and execution of in-store events, activations, and incentive programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Provide strategic insight on store layout, renovations, and improvements to elevate the client experience and support business growth.
- Inspire the team through regular presence on the sales floor, coaching staff to achieve sales goals through authentic, elevated service.
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service, leading by example to foster long-term client relationships.
- Implement and maintain robust CRM tools and clienteling strategies to develop a loyal customer base.
- Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating relationships with high-value clients and building a culture of private appointments and tailored service.
- Ensure seamless operations between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Manage all store administrative duties including reporting, invoicing, expense management, and adherence to budget.
- Analyze sales and operational data to evaluate KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink management to protect assets and maintain compliance.
- Maximize product visibility by maintaining compelling and strategic visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor and react to sales trends, ensuring bestsellers are always featured.
- Collaborate with local vendors and freelancers to execute visually impactful window installations.
- Cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, growth, and empowerment.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings, and deliver real-time feedback.
- Recruit and retain top talent, leveraging industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Create personalized development plans for team members to support individual growth and long-term retention.
- Identify training needs and implement programs to ensure elevated service standards and business acumen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of retail leadership experience, ideally in luxury or premium high-volume flagship environments.
- Proven success in business development, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) and fashion preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High level of organizational skills and digital fluency.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
