Title:  Luxury Sales Associate

Salary:  80-100K

We are looking for a sales specialist that would work closely with the core team in developing and orchestrating a new comprehensive sales strategy for the brand, identifying key customers and channels while accelerating the brand’ sales growth. This is a leading, executive position with strategic business relevance. 

The role & you

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • Care about developing a brand's trajectory.
  • Able to navigate time-pressed, stressful situations where decisions need to be made fast and efficiently
  • Highly organized, deadline-focused, diligent, and able to effectively put concepts and words into actionable deliverables
  • Outstanding written and spoken English, US-based, highly preferably LA-based
  • Efficient in use of tools such as MS Office & Google Suite
  • Able to work in conditions defined by tight deadlines and unpredictability
  • Highly maneuverable and flexible person able to propose solutions on an ad hoc basis and often improvise

 

  • Multi-year work experience as a sales lead in the fashion industry with a well-developed, relevant network of potential collaborators, clients, and partners.

What you will do:

  • Identify key customers, distribution channels and market segment(s) along with devising means to seize them
  • Define a comprehensive sales strategy for the brand with focus on placement, market addressing and community building
  • Help the team penetrate the US market and deliver its product to the right audience and chosen fashion retailers
  • Define measurable indicators of the sales’ success and educate the team on how to achieve and monitor them
  • Monitor the sales strategy’s impacts and steer it according to stakeholders’ needs
  • Devise ways to build relationships with key sales-related parties
  • Budget sales activities with specific goals and key success indicators in mind
  • Help the brand’s awareness spread throughout the fashion industry retail insiders
  • Help in planning and organizing sales pitches and events to attract customers and partners
