We are working with a timeless elegant brand that blends classic style and modern sophistication. Known for its impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail, each piece is crafted from the finest fabrics, ensuring both comfort and durability. Our client is looking for a Sales Associate to join their Palo Alto location.
What will you do:
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team aligns with the brand image and drives local market presence.
- Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage VIP clients, and build lasting customer relationships, while enhancing product knowledge and selling skills.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and expand the client database, increase customer loyalty, and support CRM KPIs, ensuring data collection for CRM reporting and strategy.
- Team Management: Assist the Store Manager in team cohesion, client outreach, and new customer acquisition, providing continuous coaching and feedback.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with corporate guidelines, supporting the Store Manager in execution.
- Operations & Stock Management: Oversee operational procedures, security, and stockroom management to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Professional, enthusiastic & friendly
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization
- Able to work flexible store hours – open to days, nights, weekends & holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
