Title: Sales Assistant – 22 hours

Location: Bath Somerset  

Salary: £12 – £12.21 an hour plus commission  

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to support a new store in central Bath Somerset  

Responsibilities 

  • Provide exceptional customer service as standard across all areas of the business 

  • Ensure high levels of security are always maintained. 

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in store. 

  • Identify current and future customer requirements. 

  • Support the Managers in the day to day running of the store. 

  • Maximise sales, achieve sales targets and increase profit. 

  • Develop knowledge of product, new lines, promotions etc to assist customers  

  • Carry out repairs, embossing and care of leather goods daily 

Requirements  

  • Show interest in fashion, accessories and leather goods. 

  • Be proactive and always show initiative 

  • Demonstrate a consistently positive and 'can-do' attitude. 

  • Strong communicator 

  • A team player 

  • Responsible and reliable 

  • Excellent Customer Service and sales skills
