Salary: Up to $29/hour + monthly commission. Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve key performance benchmarks to contribute to the boutique and brand fiscal strategy.
- Professionally represent the brand in compliance with group sales policies, procedures, initiatives, and operations regulations.
- Be attentive, responsive, and versatile to client requests.
- Work with management to balance brand initiatives, deliveries, and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique sales goals.
- Deliver excellent client experiences with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Lead all steps of the sales ceremony in line with brand standards.
- Negotiate and handle objections confidently.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to create selling opportunities.
- Participate in networking and brand exposure events.
- Maintain proactive outreach and efficient CRM usage.
- Communicate professionally across all channels (phone, email, text).
- Manage daily schedule and responsibilities with precision.
- Capture and utilize client data to foster long-term relationships.
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support in-store and offsite events, partnering with management.
- Uphold professional conduct and appearance according to brand guidelines.
- Adhere to Richemont and brand-specific social media and communication policies.
Requirements:
- ‘Can do’ attitude and passion for luxury customer experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the timepiece or related luxury industry.
- Critical thinker with solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and available to meet evolving boutique schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
