Salary: 90-100K
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, organizing tasks and timelines to meet company protocols and client requirements.
- Manage tasks in accordance with company process end protocols.
- Maintain and support company goals and strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers/brands, providing updates, addressing concerns, answering any questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and adhere to realistic project timelines, incorporating both the brand’s needs and requirements as well as D3’s.
- Promptly schedule and conduct initial project launch meetings with the team.
- Provides consistent follow-up with engineering for drawings and type safety.
- Reviews engineering drawings and compares to estimate prior to sending to customer.
- Ensures prototype, including ordering of any specific materials needed, is ready to present to brand per estimate and, along with the engineer assigned, ensures prototypes are made to specifications.
- Launches detailed and accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Consistently follows up with in-house purchasing to ensure timely arrival of materials needed–communicates same to team.
- Consistently follows-up with clients to assure timely receipt of any/all materials provided directly to D3 from the client–i.e., photos, graphics factices.
- Effectively coordinates shipping with customer.
- Works with production to set QA/QC standards in production prior to the project reaching the assembly line.
- Consistently monitors production quality and demonstrates ability to identify quality issues during production.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on evolving timelines and project demands.
Requirements:

- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work at a computer for a prolonged period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion, aligning with company protocols and client requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, balancing brand requirements with company standards.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to support seamless project execution and company goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and lead project kickoff meetings and maintain consistent follow-up with engineering on design accuracy and safety.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure alignment with estimates and prepare prototypes to specifications for client presentations.
- Launch and manage accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), monitoring in-house and client-supplied materials for timely arrival.
- Coordinate shipping logistics and establish QA/QC standards with production teams to maintain quality throughout production.
- Regularly monitor production quality, quickly identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Adapt to changing project demands, prioritizing tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Requirements:
