Location:  New York, NY
Work Schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day wfm + travel when demanded

Salary: 75-85K 
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch

Responsibilities:
• Follow projects and production through all the way from prospection to final delivery
• Work closely with production facilities and teams in China, New York and Paris
• Assist in development & implementation of action plans to enable time, resource, and process management.
• Prioritizes work using discretion and time zones
• Coordinate project meetings including kick-off, team meetings, client meetings, risk assessment, lessons learned, post launch reviews, and others as needed.
• Effectively and efficiently conveys project progress, including project plan, timeline, challenges, etc., to stakeholders.
• Assesses, anticipates, and communicates project risks and opportunities across departments and stakeholders.  It is essential that you troubleshoot problems and challenges and know when to escalate as needed to keep project moving.
• Drives governance to ensure prioritization of initiatives across critical and urgent business deliverables.
• Holds internal and external teams accountable for the delivery of commitments, escalate issues as needed and ensure that project, order and delivery timelines are coordinated and managed accurately, via Critical Path Analysis systems to ensure all deadlines are achieved and communicated internally and externally.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Delivery of a high number of SKUs at one time across multiple products and a varied number of brands.
• Works closely with the Operations and Design teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed project management methods are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordination and production of project reports.
• Propose and present project management tools and strategy solutions.

Requirements:
• Uses technology (M365, CRM, ERP) and data as valuable tools to stay organized and informed
• Positive “Can do” attitude, resourceful, solution driven and able to be client facing and attend meetings.
• Critical thinker, analytical, organized, disciplined, resourceful, proactive, and execution oriented
• Strong project management skills
• Customer-centric with ability to drive alignment across teams and business leaders
• Self-driven, independent thinker, not afraid to challenge the status-quo
• Fast learner, flexible, able to manage complex matrixed network of Brands and Functions
• Experience working with recognized project management processes
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Experience working with international clients
• Speaks another language other than French and English (preferably Mandarin and Spanish)

Salary: Target compensation is 75K-85K
