Title: Operations Floor Lead

Salary: $55,000-60,000

Responsibilities

  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that enhances productivity and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with store associates and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train, coach, and provide consistent feedback on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for exceptional customer interactions.
  • Execute company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clear alignment with the team.
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor and strategize sales performance in collaboration with management.
  • Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets through motivation and effective coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring proper display pricing and inventory tracking.
  • Oversee and participate in routine inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and stock optimization.
  • Ensure seamless transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty processing.
  • Manage back-of-house operations, including receiving and organizing shipments.
  • Ensure daily replenishment of sales floor inventory and train associates in effective inventory management.
  • Partner with the HQ operations team to enhance store replenishment, loss prevention, and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or similar high SKU environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive sales, visual merchandising and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven record of coaching and developing a staff in retail and or operations.
