Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor store managers and teams through hands-on coaching and in-the-moment feedback.
- Empower, teach, and lead teams to drive sales and elevate customer experience.
- Oversee succession planning, ensuring top talent is nurtured and promoted.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing individual and team development plans.
- Conduct regular KPI and business performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Think strategically to implement initiatives that enhance store profitability and optimize operations.
- Work closely with Assistant Store Managers (ASM) to develop and execute business strategies.
- Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and develop a network within the luxury market.
- Understand the communities and clientele of each store location to tailor engagement strategies.
- Create and support innovative clienteling initiatives and exclusive in-store experiences.
- Develop and execute local events to drive traffic, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Oversee store standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Ensure operational efficiency and uphold luxury service standards.
- Identify and execute out-of-the-box business initiatives to drive store success.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Strong background in styling, business strategy, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and empower retail teams.
- Business-savvy with a deep understanding of financials, KPIs, and sales analysis.
- Strong community presence and clienteling experience with an established network.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in event planning and strategic business initiatives.
