Location: New York City (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and trade marketing for Ulta and department store channels
- Develop and execute retail programs (loyalty, sampling, GWPs, exclusives, endcaps)
- Oversee VM/planograms with cross-functional teams
- Build and manage sales, marketing, and sampling budgets
- Own account P&Ls and ensure profitability
- Partner with Education and Field teams on training and events
- Collaborate across teams to support launches and 360° campaigns
- Ensure flawless execution with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales/account management (beauty required)
- Experience working with Ulta and department store channels
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Deep understanding of beauty/retail landscape
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and adaptable
- Proficient in Excel and retail math (NetSuite a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be NYC-based and able to work hybrid
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000
