About the Role
We are looking for an extremely motivated and proactive sales leader to drive the B2B growth in the UK and Europe.
As the Head of B2B Sales & Growth, you will be actively involved in selling,
identifying and pursuing opportunities, pitching to high-profile clients, and closing deals while also laying the foundation for a high-performing sales team.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in building relationships, driving business, and delivering results. 
You will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive sales strategy, expanding the market presence, and managing key client accounts.
In the early stages, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to account management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality 
client experience.

This role offers a strong base salary of £70,000-£75,000 with high-performance commissions, meaning success will be directly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Execution
? Own the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—by actively sourcing, pitching, and securing new business. 
? Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across industries, leveraging cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking to drive growth
? Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to position the company as the premier scent marketing partner in the region. 

Client Acquisition & Account Management
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships. 
? Personally manage client accounts in the early stages, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty.
? Develop customized scent solutions that align with client brand strategies and business objectives.

Market Expansion & Business Development 
? Actively engage with the market—attending industry events, networking, and meeting potential clients to expand reach. 
? Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly. 

Team Growth & Leadership 
? Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team, hiring and mentoring new team members as the business scales. 
? Provide ongoing training and hands-on coaching to elevate the team’s sales capabilities.
? Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture.

Performance Tracking & Reporting 
? Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. 
? Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management. 
? Maintain a deep understanding of the products, industry landscape, and competitor positioning. 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Experience & Expertise 
? 6–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure high-value clients. 
? Hands-on sales experience in prospecting, cold outreach, closing deals, and account management. 
? Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with a focus on driving long-term partnerships. 
? Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence. 
? Prior experience in hiring, training, and leading sales teams is a plus.

? Fluency in English and a second European language (written and verbal) is required.
? Willingness to travel. Travel requirements to be defined as business grows. 

Industry Knowledge (Preferred but not required) 
? Experience in scent marketing, fragrance, or luxury brand sales is a plus. 
? Familiarity with B2B sales in hospitality, retail, real estate, is beneficial.
