Salary: $55,000-$65,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe consultation services to clients, assisting them in selecting made-to-measure garments, accessories, and complete ensembles that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty to the brand.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to introduce them to our made-to-measure offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Stay abreast of current fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our brand and products to clients.
- Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure accurate measurements and specifications for made-to-measure orders, overseeing the production process from inception to delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach, upselling, and cross-selling of complementary products and services.
- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed in accordance with brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury menswear sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of made-to-measure and bespoke tailoring processes, and fitting techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our brand and products effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
