Job Title: Freelance Staff Accountant
Company: Entertainment 
Location: New York, New York
Pays: $28-$33/h
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Schedule: Full Time & Hybrid
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, account analysis, account reconciliations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (will accept Finance related degree)
  • 2+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and practices
  • Experience with general ledger functions; GAAP
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook etc., advanced excel skills a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP required           ???????
