Title: Freelance Sourcing Assistant
Location: NYC – Hybrid Monday and Friday WFH
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Full-time
$28-31/hr 
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Summary:
The Sourcing Assistant Temp will be responsible for supporting category management in conjunction with the supply chain & business strategies. This includes sourcing, product development, pre-production and production responsibilities, meeting organizational goals & metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks across Outlet, Opening Price, Wholesale and International Market channels
  • Daily communications with internal teams as well as overseas offices, as needed
  • System assistance including Centric, MDM & Visulon
  • Follow up on sample status for all milestones
  • Opening, logging and passing packages
  • Help send out packages, as needed
