We are seeking a commercially astute and digitally sophisticated E-commerce Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and elevation of our e-tail partnerships. In this role, you will:

Lead the commercial strategy and execution across key e-tail partners, ensuring ambitious sales and growth objectives are consistently met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including National Accounts, Marketing, and Operations to deliver seamless, premium brand experiences both online and offline.

Craft and implement tailored e-commerce strategies, identifying and unlocking opportunities across all product categories.

Monitor, analyse, and report on performance with a keen focus on actionable insights to drive business growth and optimize ROI.

Forecast and manage trade plans, taking a proactive approach to mitigate risks and maximise commercial opportunities.

Lead engaging strategy meetings with internal teams and key e-tailers, aligning on brand vision and commercial objectives.

Curate bespoke assortments, promotional offers, and sampling strategies to elevate brand presence within e-tail environments.

Oversee digital merchandising and content strategies, ensuring impeccable execution and luxury storytelling across all platforms.

Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy, on-brand execution, and visual excellence.

Foster and strengthen relationships with leading e-tail partners, ensuring collaborative success.

Deliver insightful, data-driven reporting to continuously refine and elevate performance.

Your Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven record of delivering against commercial targets, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

Commercially astute with a deep understanding of the luxury e-tail landscape.
