Title: Digital Trade Marketing Manager OR Senior Manager

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

 

We are looking for a motivated and retail-experienced individual who has a passion for skincare and beauty. The Trade Marketing Senior Manager will support the Go-To Marketing Strategy for our digital distribution: DTC site, Amazon and Aritaum. Our ideal candidate would have a strong background with Amazon and a deep understanding of skincare/beauty landscape at large. This individual would thrive in structured creative and strategic environments and have strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

The candidate would be responsible for tasks across DTC and Amazon channels such as:

· Develop scalable retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and increase sales

· Evaluate effectiveness of channel marketing programming and optimize in real time

· Ensure all retailer assets are consistent, are regularly optimized, and are representative of brand ethos

· Prepare and brief creative for production and editing of marketing channel assets (inclusive of video content management)

· Communicate effectively with cross functional partners who operationally manage DTC, Amazon and Aritaum channels

· Manage marketing support needs for production and logistics for eventing

· Support strategic channel campaign programming from inception through execution (both full price and promotional programming)

· Partner with the Paid Performance team to execute co-op paid media efforts for both DTC & Amazon campaigns

· Collaborate cross functionally with product marketing, consumer marketing, influencer marketing and social teams

· Liaise with Affiliates team to execute strong marketing campaigns + programs

· Support DTC team to build strong CRM programming (loyalty, trigger communications)

· Maintain pulse on industry best practices for beauty marketing as well as performance benchmarking

· Support Aritaum team to ensure brand is successful in store

· Assist Assoc. Director with annual A&P budget reconciliation and program invoices

 

Qualification and Experience

§ Experience in Marketing (5-7+ years)

$ Experience working with Amazon (4+ years)

§ Ecommerce / E-retail experience (2+ years)

§ Gen Z brand experience & beauty experience preferred (Amazon and/or DTC experience is required)

§ Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related subject preferred
