Overview:
A growing, multi-brand organization in the design, technology, and services space is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, digital communications, and content creation across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketing professional who thrives in both strategic and hands-on environments and is passionate about building brands and driving business impact.

About the Role:
This role blends digital strategy, brand development, content creation, and business support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical, with experience crafting engaging digital content, managing brand assets, and developing multi-platform campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Strategy

  • Evolve and maintain brand identity across multiple subsidiaries

  • Create and refine brand assets (decks, internal brand books, presentations)

  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

  • Partner with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and visuals

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts: websites, social media, internal comms

  • Write, edit, and manage content for blogs, social media, and digital campaigns

  • Plan and maintain a cross-channel content calendar

  • Capture and edit photography/video for digital use (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

  • Optimize company websites with fresh content and improved UX

Business Development & Communications

  • Support sales and business teams with customized presentations and marketing assets

  • Conduct market and trend research to support strategic initiatives

  • Manage internal communications including team news, announcements, and updates

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through delivery

  • Liaise with external vendors for content production, creative, and web design

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to meet shared goals

  • Maintain alignment with international brand teams to ensure global consistency

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, agency, or design-driven environment

  • Proven track record in brand management and digital marketing strategy

  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills

  • Hands-on experience managing social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, basic SEO principles, and digital best practices

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Photoshop or design tools, experience in multi-brand ecosystems
