Responsibilities:
– Assume managerial duties in the Store Manager’s absence.
– Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functionality.
– Schedule staff to maximize customer service efficiency and manage personnel costs effectively.
– Inspire, mentor, and coach sales associates to achieve their best.
– Train and onboard new team members for success.
– Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience.
– Adhere to food safety protocols and all Health & Safety regulations.
– Maintain the store’s appearance according to the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
– Manage weekly and seasonal stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
– Ensure proper stockroom organization and maintenance, implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

Requirements:
– Experience in a similar role
– Ambitious and driven
– Passionate about food 
– Excel in customer interaction, setting an exemplary standard for the team with your hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
– Strong understanding of and experience with commonly used retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, ATV, etc.).
– Demonstrated ability to develop and grow both the team and the business.
– Skilled in prioritizing tasks and effectively delegating responsibilities.
– Proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus but not required).
– Flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Salary: 
£30-33,000
