Responsibilities:
- Oversee and approve orders, exchanges, repairs, and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage call center operations, ensuring timely responses and efficient workload distribution.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions-focused leadership.
- Train, coach, and motivate the customer service team to meet performance goals.
- Identify gaps in team knowledge and recommend targeted training initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all interactions.
- Provide reports and insights to senior leadership to improve customer service strategies.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, apparel, or fashion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma (or equivalent); bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Experience in bridal sales or garment construction.
- Basic alterations or sewing knowledge.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems.
Salary:$70,000 – $80,000
