Location: Dallas, Texas (offering relocation)
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus relocation stipend

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.

Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with the Vice President of Marketing to lead strategies that achieve engagement and financial targets across all email, SMS, and future retention marketing channels.

Customer Insights & Personalization: Analyze customer data to understand needs and preferences, tailoring marketing strategies across email, SMS, onsite, and other relevant channels to enhance customer experience.

Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted communications, increasing relevance and engagement.

Campaign Management: Conceptualize, program, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with your audience.

Database Management: Maintain the integrity and deliverability of the Email and SMS databases, overseeing data growth, quality, and churn rates to ensure a healthy marketing ecosystem.

Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth to inform strategic decisions.

Content Storytelling: Create dynamic content that effectively tells your merchandise’s story, enhancing brand elevation and customer connection.

Technology & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends in personalization and customer engagement, recommending and implementing innovative improvements.

CRM Channel Expansion: Lead the expansion and diversification of CRM channels by leveraging strategic insights and expertise to boost customer engagement and lifetime value.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.

SMS Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SMS marketing tools and platforms.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.

Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to track and measure campaign performance effectively.
