Our client is seeking a Communications/Collaborations Manager  their luxury fine jewelry brand.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining brands as well as reach out to and pursue new sales channels for the brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Communications Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand messaging that captures the essence of the fine jewelry brand's unique aesthetic, heritage, and design philosophy

  • Manage all external and internal communication for the brand

  • Develop brand books and media communication strategies

  • Managing  calendar and appointments

Collaborations Role

  1. Strategic Partnerships

 Research, target, and initiate creative collaborations that not only expand brands reach but also help the brand host sales trunk shows. The people listed below could have a strong potential for such collaborations

  1.  Fashion designers

  2.  High-end retailers

  3.  Cultural institutions

  4.  Art galleries

  5.  Luxury lifestyle brands

  6. Charities

  7. Micro influencer

  8. Fortune 100 Corporations such as Amex, Legal Firms etc)

  9. High end hotels  

  10.  Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external collaborative partners

  • Facilitate smooth communication between the brand and potential collaborators

  • Negotiate collaboration terms, intellectual property rights, and revenue sharing

  • Ensure alignment of creative vision and brand values in all partnership initiatives

4. Collaboration Execution:

  • Manage the entire collaboration lifecycle from initial concept to final event

  • Established network within the fashion industry and among micro-influencers.

  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with digital platforms, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, fashion management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury brand communications and collaborations.
