Salary circa £32,000 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Achieve sales by adhering to the brand's selling and training guidelines
? Optimize the client experience by providing exceptional customer service and education
? Have an understanding of the business including volume, best sellers and selling trends
? Traffic stop with new launches or marketing focused promotions
? Ensure customer records are kept up to dates on Data collection system and contacted regularly according to company’s CRM program
? Proactively support external events to generate business
? Have a positive attitude, communicates with the team and the manager on a regular basis with a sense of ethics and integrity
? Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
· At least 2 years of experience of working in the luxury retail industry
· Skincare experience
· Level 3 beauty therapist certificate would be a huge plus
· Driven to exceed KPI's and motivated by achievement of self and team
· Dedicated to delivering a memorable customer experience
· Good organizational skills, quick learner, self-starter and highly motivated
· High energy level and positive approach to job and responsibilities
· Enthusiastic about customer service and creating a 5-star customer service experience
· Full week availability to work five days per week including peak trading hours and weekends
