Hourly Range: $37/hr W2
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend business objectives and requirements for all website initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive implementation timelines for each project and ensure validation and communication with necessary project resources.
- Coordinate activities from various business units such as Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Web Development, QA, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely project launch and adherence to initial project specifications.
- Keep management informed of progress and any deviations from the project schedule, including deliverables, milestone dates, and resource allocation.
- Lead the review and final approval of website content, document feedback, and manage necessary changes.
- Assist in facilitating key meetings managed by the Production team.
- Record action items and communicate them to responsible parties for follow-up and completion.
- Support business partners in managing the production of product content, including copy, images, and outfits.
- Utilize site product, content, and category management tools to update and publish website content.
- Respond promptly to changes in project scope or schedule, informing management of any impacts on the project and overall website.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for cross-functional teams within brand.com when website and tool production issues arise.
- Collaborate with Tech Operations and Product Management to resolve issues and provide updates to brand teams.
- Develop communications regarding site/tool issue status, feature releases, dates, and workarounds for the business.
- Maintain and communicate the monthly/weekly site content delivery schedule, ensuring ongoing accuracy with the manager.
- Evaluate processes and communication methods related to the delivery schedule, identifying areas for improvement and working with the manager to implement changes.
- Actively seek opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Understanding of web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technologies.
- Highly detailed oriented, experience in managing project management
- Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or other CMS tool), Braze, or Wrike is a nice to have.
