Title: Assistant Merchant, Mens

Location: Los Angeles, California 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekly meetings, providing insights into product performance.
• Identify and highlight missed opportunities in the business.
• Generate and distribute quarterly sales analysis reports.
• Share best and worst seller reports and address any product-related questions.
• Manage weekly handoffs of TOP samples to the studio and track any delays with production.
• Maintain constant communication with the studio team to ensure all products are photographed and listed.
• Organize go-back samples from studio shoots weekly.
• Coordinate the shipping of samples for meetings or wholesale teams.
• Support the buying process alongside Merchants and Senior Merchants.
• Maintain seasonal sample racks by category.
• Prepare and organize samples for buying meetings and prep sessions, acting as the main contact for samples.
• Send out weekly handoff updates to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure product strategies are executed and financial targets are met.
• Work with site merchants to ensure accurate product presentation online.
• Attend monthly floorset meetings for the store site.
• Coordinate with the site merchandising team to ensure product visibility and timely launches.

Requirements:

• retail math and excel experience 
• Strong organizational / project management/time management skills along with excellent oral and written
• Preferred Men's Experience 

Salary: $60,000- $65,000
