Location: Vernon, California
Salary: $100,000- $150,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing private label accounts, primarily TJ Maxx and Ross.
- Drive seasonal sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and margin goals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.
- Leverage existing buyer contacts to expand business opportunities and open new doors.
- Partner with design and merchandising teams to develop exclusive assortments tailored to each account's needs.
- Present line offerings, pricing, and trend direction in seasonal meetings and line reviews.
- Provide customer feedback and trend insight to drive relevant product development.
- Oversee order entry, track POs, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to manage ship windows and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure all programs are executed flawlessly from concept to shipment.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and recaps to leadership.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional plans based on account performance and margin targets.
- Act as a key liaison between sales, design, production, and logistics to ensure account alignment and execution.
- Participate in internal line planning, costing, and pricing strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in women’s fashion, with a strong focus on private label.
- Proven success with accounts such as TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, or similar off-price retailers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently grow sales volume and account profitability.
- Established relationships with buyers in the off-price channel is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the apparel production cycle, costing, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel for market appointments and account meetings as needed.
