Apparel Company in Midtown Manhattan seeks a bright, disciplined and polished Account Sales Executive with 4-5 years of selling experience in a wholesale sales environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, persistent and passionate with a take-charge personality and is extremely disciplined. Knowledge and experience of the apparel industry is preferred.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new sales opportunities
- Build strong client relationships
- Present and negotiate deals
- Travel across the US
- Exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Call on existing accounts
- Order Maintenance
- Sample Management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5 Years of Sales Experience
- Proves sales track record
- Knowledge of Men’s apparel (sportswear and seasonal apparel)
- Strong organizational skills – organized, detail oriented and extremely focused
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Persistence and passion a must Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Dept. Stores and Mass Market Retailers experience is a great plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Salary: $90,000 – $125,000
