Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Drive retail marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, traffic, and sales across Amazon and DTC channels
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize programming in real time
- Oversee creative development for marketing assets, including video content
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and retailer touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DTC, Amazon, retail, product, influencer, social, consumer marketing, etc.)
- Partner with paid media teams to support co-op campaigns
- Build CRM programs to support loyalty and retention efforts
- Support in-store success at specialty retail partners
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice management
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in e-commerce or e-retail
- Experience in beauty or Gen Z-focused brands preferred
- Deep knowledge of Amazon and/or DTC strategies is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
