Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of seasonal print and pattern designs, repeats, and colorways tailored to men’s swimwear
• Develop and revise CADs for presentations, line reviews, and production handoff
• Support the design team in building and updating line sheets and visual tools for internal and external use
• Maintain organized and up-to-date design files and artwork libraries
• Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure accurate and timely print execution
• Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and inspiration research as needed
• Support seasonal concept development and mood board creation
• Assist with color matching and strike-off approvals

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a design or CAD role
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating all-over prints, engineered designs, and repeat layouts
• Knowledge of building and maintaining line sheets using Illustrator, Excel, or InDesign
• Strong sense of color, pattern scale, and trend awareness
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
