Senior Growth Data Analyst

Seeking a Senior Growth Data Analyst to supercharge growth initiatives. In this key role, you'll own and evolve the growth model, helping to answer strategic questions such as:

• How do we best acquire and retain customers?

• Where are the gaps in marketplace supply?

• What’s the incremental value of specific products or brands?

• How can we optimize the early lifecycle of buyers and suppliers?

Your ability to surface insights, identify opportunities, and address the complexities of a two-sided marketplace will be central to driving sustained growth.

What You’ll Need

As a vital part of an early-stage, high-growth startup, you should be comfortable wearing multiple hats. Key qualifications include:

• Proven track record of using data to solve real-world problems, with a history of career growth and achievement

• Resourceful and proactive approach, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Strong fluency in experimental design, results interpretation, and a sharp business/product sense

• Proficient in SQL (Python is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain analytical findings, experimental limitations, and make compelling cases for growth investments
