Location: Orange County – 4x a week on site
Salary: 70-75k
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Expectations
– Process and approve orders, price quotes, exchange/repair requests, and all other inquiries in an accurate, professional and timely manner
– Manage call queue and ensure that calls are handled efficiently and effectively
– Accept inbound customer calls and make outbound customer calls in a Call Center environment
– Demonstrate integrity and discretion when handling sensitive company and personnel information. Management is held to the highest level of expectations, accountability, and trust
– Respond quickly and thoroughly in a professional manner – Take immediate action when confronted with a problem or when made aware of a situation
– Suggest resources and provide assistance or coaching as needed; express confidence in our employees
– Stay informed – Establish appropriate procedures to keep informed of issues and results in areas of shared responsibility
– Identify gaps in performance / coverage / knowledge and recommend focused, individualized, training to upper members of the management team
– Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
– Motivate & train team members: suggest team-building activities, development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, scripting, scheduling and reward/recognition programs
Abilities Required
– Must be a team player willing to coordinate with multiple departments and able to perform additional duties in support of the goals of the company
– Ability to give and receive honest and direct feedback
– Must be proactive and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines
– Ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inbound call center with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to ensure highest quality standards for individual output
– Ability to learn and gain product knowledge
– Flexibility in duties to take on projects/tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements
– Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
– Apparel, Fashion, and/or Retail Experience
– Proficient Math and English language skills (i.e. excellent grammar)
– High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Bachelor’s degree
