Salary: $135,000-$145,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
The Senior Omni Planner will be responsible for the development, execution, and communication of financial plans and strategies that support the objectives of the brand. Main focus will be on demand planning, inventory management and merchandise planning.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance by brand against financial goals. Re-project monthly sales / shipments based on weekly / monthly performance expectations.
- Develop financial plans incorporating sales, markdowns, receipt and class level goals. Ensure profit margins are maintained.
- Collaborate with management and internal departments to identify risks and opportunities to the financial goals. Develop action plans to address.
- Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly inventories by brand and at the size level. Recommend actions based on analysis.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external planning partners as well as cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate logical analysis and problem solving skills
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
- Recap key items by classification, style, color and size.
- Create and manage best seller reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Produce and analyze weekly reports recapping sales, inventory and gross margin vs. plan and projection by classification, style and door.
- Able to organize and prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years analytical experience, preferably in e-commerce and wholesale environment.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills required.
- Proficiency in Retail Math is required.
- SAP knowledge is a plus as well as Vendor Central and or Understanding of Web Analytics.
- Strong ability to creatively problem solve.
- Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment as well as have a strong comfort level interacting with high level executives.
