The role manages all aspects of inventory planning and allocation. Works with Sales to keep replenishment levels on par with sales forecasting for in-line products for our key accounts. This position serves as a liaison between sales and production.
The ideal candidate for this position has a working knowledge of forecasting and statistics and is very excel-savvy. Looking for a detailed-oriented individual who can process large quantities of data for accounts such as TJX.
- Maintain open communication with warehouses and logistics as well as with buying teams of major accounts.
- Create and update weekly sales reports per account
- Forecast replenishment quantities for in line SKUS
- Update inter-department production report
Skills and Expertise:
- 5 – 7+ years prior planning, replenishment and forecasting experience
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to accurately forecast sales and replenishment quantities
- Sound Organizational Skills: Strategize, planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks and meeting corporate deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and effective time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4 year College degree or experience equivalent
Salary: $75,000-85,000
