About the Role: The Senior Manager of Manufacturing will oversee daily operations within the fragrance and beauty production facility. This individual will ensure that manufacturing processes meet high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing a production environment in the beauty and fragrance industry.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
? Responsible for all Manufacturing work cells including: Fragrance filling & Juicing, Drift Car & Home, Wholesale & assembly.
? Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
? Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality teams to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
? Lead the development and implementation of efficient production processes and workflows.
? Manage a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence.
? Monitor production metrics (output, efficiency, waste) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.
? Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure that machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
? Manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs.
? Implement and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
? Drive quality control efforts, ensuring products meet both internal standards and customer specifications.
? Partner with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and distribution of finished goods.
? Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align manufacturing strategy with overall business goals.

What We’ll Love About You:

? Proven experience in manufacturing management within the fragrance, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
? Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing production teams.
? In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and lean manufacturing
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred (not required if extensive industry experience).
? Knowledge of fragrance and beauty product formulations and processes.
? Experience with ERP or MRP systems for production planning.
? Continuous improvement or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
? Advanced leadership and management skills
? Solid written/oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
? Collaborative, logical, objective, results-oriented, organized, strong analytical ability
? Advanced computer skills – proficient with Office suite/ Google equivalent applications: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

What You’ll Need to Have:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
? 5-10 years of Manufacturing, Operations, and fulfillment experience.
? Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
? Strong familiarity with planning and shop floor scheduling.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
