About the Company:
We are a rapidly growing jewelry business, seeking to enhance both our front-end customer experience and back-end technology infrastructure. As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and manage technology projects across multiple platforms.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee key technology projects that enhance our online platform and support the business’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will manage both front-end and back-end development projects, collaborating with overseas developers to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within scope. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating and managing timelines, and ensuring project milestones are successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for both front-end (e.g., e-commerce, customer experience) and back-end (e.g., inventory systems, order fulfillment) projects.
  • Manage relationships with overseas development teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
  • Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Use project management tools to maintain detailed records of project progress, task assignments, and milestones.
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
  • Ensure that systems and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage both front-end and back-end technology projects, from initial requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Experience working with remote and overseas development teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of both front-end (websites, apps) and back-end (ERP, CRM, database) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the jewelry, fashion, or retail industry a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klavio, Dynamic Yield) and CRM/ERP systems (Netsuite) required.
