Regional Sales Manager – East UK

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented team of Sales Development Managers across the East of the UK. This role is pivotal to the ongoing success of one of the largest premium beauty brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Sales Leadership

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets across the region.
    • Work collaboratively with Sales Development Managers to meet and exceed sales goals for all stores within the area.
  2. Team Training and Development

    • Train and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through targeted sales techniques and service excellence.
    • Foster a results-driven environment by tracking performance and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
  3. Customer Experience & Services

    • Encourage outstanding customer service and loyalty through superior product knowledge and innovative services.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards while maximizing service-related revenue opportunities.
  4. Stock & Merchandising Management

    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure displays align with brand standards.
    • Provide support for visual merchandising to attract and engage customers.
  5. Culture & Recruitment

    • Build and nurture a positive team culture focused on achieving personal and professional goals.
    • Partner with HR to recruit and retain top talent, ensuring a low turnover rate and a strong talent pipeline.
  6. Communication & Collaboration

    • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, store management, and external retail partners.
    • Lead regular touchpoints with stakeholders to align on business strategies and goals.
