Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Campaigns: Support existing marketing campaigns targeting very important customers across various channels.
• Customer Engagement: Design personalized marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store teams and customer service teams to ensure alignment and quality of customer interactions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for engaging high-value customers.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of very important customers.
• Event Coordination: Organize exclusive events and experiences for very important customers to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
Experience
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, particularly high-value customers.

Skills/Behavior
• Computer proficiency (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability or aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
• Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent a plus
• Market knowledge across all Regions
• Quantitative Analytical ability
• Availability for weekend hours and travel potential
• Articulate thoughts eloquently for multiple levels of management
• Strong understanding of the brand and enthusiastic willingness to learn
• Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate
