Title:  Spanish Speaking Senior Business Development Manager

Salary: 120-135K + PB Bonus and Full Benefits

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a flair for building relationships? Join us to lead and expand our presence in a dynamic new market, driving impactful sales initiatives in the AR/AI space for LATAM MARKET and fluent in Spanish?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities with insights into local market trends.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on both strategic and tactical interactions.
  • Negotiate and close client agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to customize AR/AI solutions for client satisfaction.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and provide feedback to refine offerings.
  • Manage complex client needs with detailed product demos and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (technical background a plus).
  • 5+ years in sales, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software in the beauty industry or similar luxury market
  • Experienced in contract negotiation and partnership management.
  • Knowledgeable in AR, AI, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving quotas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a global team.
