Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team in the healthcare/hospital setting. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, patient care delivery, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires excellent communication abilities and understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, coordinating, scheduling and implementing program/project meetings and activities
- Facilitate regular project meetings, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure effective communication
- Prepare regular status reports to provide updates to stakeholders, and identify any deviations from the project plan
- Participate in the development and production of documents and reports for programs, USC and NIH
- Assist in procurement, reimbursement and invoicing functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Prior experience in an academic setting.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Administrative support experience.
- Project management.
- Financial and procurement experience.
- Intermediate MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
