Temp Project Coordinator

Client: Mass Beauty Brand
Job Title: Temp Project Coordinator – IT
Duration: 6 months minimum (possible extension)
Hours: Full Time w/ 7-8 am start time
Pay: 23/ hour **Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Location:  Dallas, TX 75241
*HYBRID ROLE – 3 days/wk in office

Job Description:
Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Analyzing data as required
Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
Tracking and reporting project progress
Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Data Analysis
ADVANCED Excel – Pivot Tables, Entering and manipulating data, using Excel for reporting from productions number, formatting data advanced in Macro, Excel and database creation
Power Point – taking images and helping create and update SOP documentation
