Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Direct contact with customers via telephone, chat, and email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, work internally to facilitate customer’s request
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and provide best possible solutions
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
- Provide pricing and delivery information as needed
- Process returns, price adjustments and orders on the customers behalf
- Maintaining broad knowledge of company products
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple applications
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in retail customer facing position
- Experience with ecommerce/customer service platforms including Zendesk, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Shopify, Teams and Slack are recommended
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, associates and management in a professional and efficient manner
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
