Title: Freelance Store Development Project Coordinator 
Location: NYC
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: Fulltime
Pay: $30-$35/hour

Job Description: 

  • Coordinate all architectural and construction activities for assigned projects
  • Responsible for management of assigned construction projects, including coordination between key consultants, contractors, and Global Architecture team, to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and adhere to brand standards
  • Communicate design and schedule updates for assigned projects to all necessary departments
  • Partner with Retail Operations Team to coordinate opening schedule for new projects
  • Maintain up to date project records and archive
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in store design project coordination/management, or similar role
  • Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe CS, rendering ability is a plus
