Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience designing marketing and web experiences for digital interfaces and experiences. You will have a passion not only for great design, but for efficiency and ease of use. You will have worked closely supporting many different types of marketing and sales teams, and have worked closely with web and engineering partners. You will know how to translate technical language and build functional designs that fit existing branding. You also will have a long term vision on how your designs will scale and grow over time.
What You’ll Do
- Dream up innovative new web and email concepts
- Design assets that are actionable and creatively relay education to an SMB audience
- Create wireframes and designs based on engineering roadmaps and red-lining for technical needs
- Design exploration, and execution
- Regularly give and receive feedback on designs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams such as web, marketing, sales, engineering, and other designers
- Highly proficient in tools such as Figma, Principle and Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment
- Strong communication skills; able to effectively communicate a design and vision through text, speech, and imagery
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience designing digital experiences for web, email and other digital products
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Experience designing assets for world-class marketing or consumer email and web experiences
- Proven track record of shipping high quality asset
- Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
