Where we started.
Our story began in 2006, when Founder/CEO Bryan Zaslow discovered a passion for the recruiting industry and saw a void for the niche world of fashion, and JBCStyle was born. Shortly thereafter, in pursuit of our global consumer growth, JBC acquired the boutique Executive Search practice Janou Pakter while simultaneously launching JBCconnect to cater to the contingent global consumer creative and tech industries. Over the years and driven by demand, the smaller sister companies of JBCPlatform and JBC|Reach were built and launched to support the niche needs of this existing client base. As business grew and expanded globally, and our clients' needs became less segmented by traditional departments, it became clear to us that it was time for our divisions to become one unified brand.
Today, we are JBC. The core vision of JBC remains the same, as well as our dedication to providing a personalized experience for both our clients and candidates. Along with our sister brand Janou Pakter, we continue to extend our reach and capabilities to bring impeccable and strategic service to our global clientele across a wide range of industries.
